Privacy Policy
Sudoku Unlimited+ is developed and published by Lauterstar Technologies, Inc ("Lauterstar"). This policy explains what information the app collects (very little), how it is used, and your rights.
What we collect
Sudoku Unlimited+ stores all game data locally on your device: your puzzles, settings, statistics, and solve history. This uses your device's built-in storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third party.
We do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Location data
- Usage analytics or crash reports (beyond what Apple provides through standard App Store mechanisms)
Notifications
If you enable daily reminders in Settings, the app schedules local push notifications. These are generated entirely on your device. No data is sent to our servers to deliver them.
Third-party services
The current version of Sudoku Unlimited+ does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking frameworks. The current version contains no ads.
In-app purchases
Sudoku Unlimited+ offers one optional in-app purchase ("Sudoku Unlimited"). The transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details or personal information. The app checks your purchase status on-device through Apple's StoreKit framework.
Apple App Store
When you download the app or make a purchase through the App Store, Apple collects certain data per their own Privacy Policy. We have no control over and no access to that data.
Children
Sudoku Unlimited+ does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Because the app collects no personal data at all, it is safe for users of all ages.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
