Terms of Service
Sudoku Unlimited+ is published by Lauterstar Technologies, Inc ("Lauterstar", "we"). If you download or use the app, you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.
Your license
We grant you a personal license to use Sudoku Unlimited+ on devices you own or control. You cannot transfer it. It follows the terms of Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. You may not resell the app, decompile it, or share its puzzle content.
Purchases
Sudoku Unlimited+ is free to download and play. "Sudoku Unlimited" is a one-time in-app purchase. You buy it once and keep it. There is no subscription and no repeat charge. If you installed the app before the Unlimited update, you keep unlimited play at no charge. The app applies that on its own.
Apple handles every purchase. Your purchase is tied to your Apple Account. You can restore it on any device signed in to that account. Just tap Restore Purchase on the purchase screen.
Refunds
All purchases go through the App Store. So Apple handles all refunds, under its own rules. We cannot give refunds ourselves. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app is broken, email us anyway. We will fix it.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise the app has no ads. We collect no personal data. And the Unlimited purchase is one-time.
We do not promise the app will be free of every bug. We do not promise it will work on every future version of iOS. We do not promise any one feature will exist forever. The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Lauterstar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from its use.
Your game data
Your puzzles, stats, and streaks belong to you. They live on your device and nowhere else. We hold no copy, so we cannot recover data for you. Deleting the app removes its data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. A real change updates the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
The laws of the State of Utah, United States, govern these terms. Conflict-of-law rules do not apply.
